Shipping Information
Welcome to GoCocotify India! We want to make sure you have a smooth and clear experience when ordering from us. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, delivery, and related policies.
1. Stock Availability
We do our best to keep our stock levels accurate on the website. However, sometimes things might sell out faster than expected. If an item in your order is unavailable, we’ll ship you the products we do have and get in touch to discuss if you’d like to wait for the restock or get a refund for the missing items.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery location. This amount will be charged along with your purchase.

The shipping cost you see at checkout is the final price.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Within India, Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on your location.
- International Orders: Delivery can take anywhere from 4 to 22 days, depending on the courier service chosen at checkout.
4. Dispatch and Delivery Details
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders after this cut-off will go out the next business day.
- Our warehouse works Monday to Friday, except on national holidays, when shipments may be delayed slightly.
5. Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package has been shipped.
6. Shipping to Special Addresses
- P.O. Box: We can deliver to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Courier deliveries are not available to these addresses.
- Military Addresses: Deliveries to military addresses are possible via postal services only.
7. Out of Stock Items
If part of your order is out of stock, we’ll hold your order and ship everything together once the item is back in stock. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
8. Delivery Delays
If your order takes longer than expected to arrive, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
9. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
10. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Reject the package from the courier, if possible, and contact our customer service immediately.
- If the parcel was left without your presence and you notice damage, please reach out to us right away for the next steps.
11. Duties and Taxes
- Sales Tax: Included in the price displayed on our website.
- Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, these are prepaid by us, so you won’t pay anything extra when your package arrives.
12. Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once your order ships, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can follow our refund policy if you want to return it after delivery.
13. Parcel Insurance
Your shipments are insured against loss or damage up to the value specified by the courier.
- If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
